I managed to sell an A+ at a 5.9% buyer rate last night MODERATED <exletive deleted> knows how or why I bought it in the first place). It must have been to autobid but still, it seems wrong that time poor or understanding poor people should hoover up MODERATED <expletive deleted> like that.

Back on topic (boring I know ..) .. seems that sales at par (presumable to autobidders) has picked up markedly in the last few days / weeks or so. Maybe FC flipped the switch back, or noticed whatever was broken. I've gone from selling 2 a day (out of 200 or 300) on a good day, to 5x or 8x that amount. Presumably it isn't just me, and others are shifting property loans at par as well... At this rate I might even consider buying a few more (maybe that is the Fiendishly Clever master plan .. combined with trimming CB to nothing).

Yes, I have noticed a big increase in sales recently, I have fewer than you on sale, usually about 150, and I was selling 1 or 2 a day but have sold about 10x as many at par in the last few days.

About 60 parts listed, all £20 property at par. 3 sold on 14th 2 sold on 13th 2 sold on 11th 1 sold on 10th 1 sold on 8th...

Very frustrated to read of success of you others - I've had 50 for sale (all property, all £20 and £40) for 10 days, rising gradually to about 100 now, and I have JUST sold my very FIRST one! So I suppose that IS a marked improvement! Really not worth the effort though!

The odds of selling are much worse if it is a recent/large one (with 1000s of parts for sale), or if there are later tranches on the Primary Market (autobodge probably looks there first, as it should, and collects any cashback for granny).
The ones which sell reasonably well (when FC haven't fouled it up) are typically several months old, all tranches long since gone (eventually to stable homes), where new autobodge arrivals will cheerfully take some without annoying the diversity police. Which is a very long winded way of saying 'have patience'. 8>. Looks at the numbers for sale, and do your own figuring..

Perhaps it's because I have parts only in first tranches.
