Here we are for l think is the loan highlight of the week.
Less then 24 hours before it closes and its looking good that a rate somewhere between 11.5%-12.5% will be on offer. Bidder Baz is certainly giving this loan some keen interest.

Agreed, and will have some. He is answering questions but still has not explained why the profits collapse - just blamed it on someone he appointed. And how do you fix that with 'fiscal' controls?
Still not for keeping imo, but worth a punt.

If what's bid currently stays in there and what has recently been displaced gets rebid even once you will already be in sub 11% territory....

North of a year's turnover in net assets, though. But how much of that is intangibles? It was over £1M at the start of 2014. Has it gone up or down in the last year and a half - we have no idea.

In the last hour the top rate has dropped from 12.4% to 12% churning around £75,000 in the process (assuming bidders drop .2% on each rebid). At this rate we'll be lucky to see 9.0% by end of play.

There's not a lot else worth investing in on the PM today so wouldn't surprise me if there's more activity in this one than your average loan.

Now that 14978 has popped up with 10% + 2%CB the churn on this one has stalled. Might get 11.5% now.

It's still coming down - not sure there'll be any 11.5% left, but am hopeful for my little slice of 11.4%.

The lack of loan choice on offer has certainly put a spanner in the works with this one. lts looking like that 11% will be the best in offer, a case of too much money with too little on offer.

10 minutes to go, well into the 11.3% bids - and nearly £110k before the last 11% bid is out.

I've got my last offer in - not risking the last three minute crash. Haven't gone as low as 11% though. There are one or two sniffs of disbelief about the A+ validity of FC's risk assessors! Oh! Did that end a minute early? Just before my 11.2% bids were about to go under  ? |
