Yes, same here. But beware the LTV. It's actually a second charge so the real LTV is 60%. Obviously there was no way of reading the docs to discover this before investing. Yes, realised that after the fact No worries - should be able to sell easily enough if I want to in a few months time. Agreed and still plenty of equity @ LTV 60%

Totally failed to get further than the log in page and now the amount available is listed as negative. That is enough for me I am afraid as I failed to get into two previous offerings as well. So I will just have to pull my spare cash out when I can eventually log in.

This is totally nuts - still can't get in to even verify if it added my deposit or not - said it had but nothing there when I tried to invest. Get partway thru doing something and then next thing it's a login screen. Interestingly every time I get the headers the overfunding continues to increase -6k, -19k now -24k so someone clearly thinks there's still something to buy.

I'm totally disgusted. The IT issue is bad enough, but massively compounded by the fact that having no initial limits means that huge chunks are being bought while we're all struggling to get on the site. Surely savingstream realise that this is greatly damaging

Just taunts me with how much left to fund, left of whart who knows Altogether now LIMITSJust an idea (feel free to shoot it down), rather than limits, or perhaps as wells as, how about "closing to new money" until either additional loan volume of sufficient quality is sourced or there are withdrawals. It'd be no different to a hedge fund or private equity fund that can't usefully employ more investor monies......

They need to source more loans, hopefully they are building networks to increase the flow.

Quitting the site until they have an IT system that is fit for purpose.

Interestingly every time I get the headers the overfunding continues to increase -6k, -19k now -24k so someone clearly thinks there's still something to buy. Because it comes from multiple loans across the site. There could be 5 oversubscribed loans at -20K each, but just one with £5K available and it would be showing £-95K on the header, when there was in fact the loan with £5K available. That's the kind of scenario that's happened.

SS - please get some decent IT bods on the case. You can even hire me if you're desperate. Hosting should not be an issue with all the cloud platforms available that allow you to spin up extra capacity when required. 500 users is piffling in terms of scale.

Maybe they should have a minimum of £1000 to invest in a loan, with all the small bidders gone the servers will work fine.
Stirs hornets nest.
