Am I imagining...? I'm sure there was a rent payment flagged as due for 25/8 - but it came and went ("Your next rental payment is due in just 1 day... 0 days...") with nothing appearing, and the property page shows £0 rent paid, next due 25/9. And another 25th came... and went... and no rent is showing as having been paid.

There was an email saying that because the payment date was early in Sept (payment date appears to be the last Fri of the month, which is a little annoying, but they're considering other options) not all payments had been received or would be included, but that it'd catch up next. I had payments for one of the 2 I got last month and a couple of new ones, but this one and a couple of others were missing.

Hi all
Hope you are all well. Just to provide some clarity on SPV24, we completed the purchase on 18th August and the particular specialist agent we use only does rent runs on the 1st of the month. As such, we got a rent payment of £85 on 1st September with the full rent then being paid on 1st October. As this was after our own payment date, unfortunately, it will be carried over until next month.
We know this isn't ideal but it takes us a significant amount of time to process all of the payments which is why we need to do it over the course of two set days. I also know that this information could be even more clear on our system despite introducing the new rental breakdowns in the dashboard. We continue to strive to innovate and update our technology so that, one day, all of these little wrinkles are ironed out! We are also recruiting additional members to our team which means that we may have more flexibility on rental payments in the future - watch this space!
I hope that helps but please do get in touch at our support email address if you need anything further or there is anything pressing. Be sure to check out our new Telford property too as the quality of the renovation is great and the midlands is a true buy to let hotspot at the moment!
Kind regards
Andrew
