166 LTV has improved by almost 5% since going live... Ooooh you were fishing for some? Well I'll be selling my very small stake in November probably.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Errm, could you do me a favour and say something negative about #166 please. After all, it is a very high LTV. I was caught partially on the hop when it went live. Not that I really want any of it you understand, wouldn't touch it with a barge pole... I understand why you wouldn't want some #166 after the changes to HMO status in the recent budget. Tax deduction changes from 2017, landlords responsible for illegal immigrants in HMO's, potential prison term. I also believe tenants will get the right to sublet. Don't know what happens if a tenant sublets to an illegal.

Edit; For the avoidance of doubt, I hope no-one sells purely from reading the last few posts, DYOR. What's the reverse of caveat emptor, seller beware?

You want something negative? How about "It's difficult to find anything positive if one has an aversion to substantial risk" ?
