I did not pre fund on this one so do not have the info to update this page. Can assume everyone got 100% but if anyone got the email with the amounts on it can they let me know.

They appear to not give out the amount pre-funded when it's less than the total loan.

I logged on shortly after getting the mail and I'm pretty sure I recollect there being approx. 20% available, which would equate to £2.4M pre-funding.

The ability to see the split of "available" between unsold and SM would be useful. Maybe on the new platform?

And what about the possibility -- probability? -- that SS didn't release all the parts that haven't already been spoken for? They've done that often enough in the past, releasing more and more of the loan parts as the apparently available supply is absorbed. IMHO, they easily could be holding back £1+M of parts until the currently available parts are bought up.

The email doesn't give a figure for the total pre-fund, but I agree with nickthefool and arbster - there was about 20 - 21% available when I looked a couple of minutes after launch.

Investor, SS added about £200k to PBL59 this morning so you might want to adjust the estimate of the pre-fund. Edit: More funds added to PBL59 by SS: 25 Sept £100k 28 Sept £100k 28 Sept £100k 29 Sept £100k 30 Sept £100k 30 Sept £100k 2 Oct £100k So at best the pre-fund was about £1,500,000.

I'm not suggesting it wasn't, but the extra parts also could have come from someone who put in a huge PF request and doesn't really want to keep all the parts they were allocated. And since SS don't always release all the remaining underwriter parts as soon as the loan goes live, I'm afraid I feel we're not doing much more than guessing when trying to work out how much PF demand there was for a particular loan.

I'll edit my post (should have been £843k).

As PBL59 has now gone to zero availability, assuming SS don't have any more hidden up their sleeve it seems that the actual pre-fund amounted to something around £1,200,000. The post-launch amounts added by SS also totaled £1,200,000 :- 23-Sep-15 £200,000 25-Sep-15 £100,000 28-Sep-15 £100,000 28-Sep-15 £100,000 29-Sep-15 £100,000 30-Sep-15 £100,000 30-Sep-15 £100,000 02-Oct-15 £100,000 03-Oct-15 £100,000 05-Oct-15 £100,000 07-Oct-15 £100,000

"The pre-funding amount that you choose, is the maximum that will automatically be invested for you."
Is the amount taken only from available funds or will it take up to the maximum and generate a BACS if there are not enough available funds?
