Look back in your transaction report for the MLIA (if that is the feeder to your QAA) to Nov 2. It will be there. There was a discussion a bit earlier somewher about why the transactions don't appear in the QAA list - seems bizarre to me. Attachments:

I wonder why the QAA log is completely empty, surely confusing for people!

I have some cash awaiting investment in the MIA and in the QAA I have switched on "Invest Idle Funds" for All, yet the QAA queue says "You currently have no funds queued for investment in the Quick Access Account." I thought the money awaiting investment in MIA would be queuing for the QAA? Please advise. Perhaps I misunderstand what you are saying, but have you clicked the "Queue Position" button under the hamburger symbol which is on the red QAA box? I'm queuing ok

Having had it explained by Chris I think I get it - interest appears in log for original fund. Interest will only appear in QAA log if it was put in as cash and not swept in from elsewhere. Have suggested that somewhere it says ' your total interest from the QAA for 'month' was £x.xx. Don't suppose it's high up Chris's todo list.

OK for interests, but the transaction log for QAA does not show anything at all. Surely, it should show money coming in and out of the QAA...

The Statement Summary on the QAA will only show direct investment into the QAA. I invested a full ten pounds in it so my Statement Summary just has the two interest entries for Oct & Nov which were both paid out at the same time. Interest paid out will appear, I believe, in the account from where the money originated from. So check MLIA 2nd Nov etc.

I've forced the system to double check every users accounts to make sure funds are invested as they should be. If that hasn't resolved your issue please could you contact customer services so that they can take your account details and work through the issue with you.

And then they promptly left again to fund Stoney M ... oh the irony

My mlia has never had so much free cash in it! I figured a chunk earning 3.75 and ready for the upcoming deluge of great loans would be better than it sitting earning 3 in a current account. Fingers crossed.
