I've had over a grand 'invested' in the QAA for much of May (queued money for GBBA) but my interest payment on June 1 was zero. I assumed I'd be getting 3.75%. When interest is paid out it is returned to the account from which the funds were swept.

Are you thinking of an option to split out capital and interest as they are returned? Say to park interest repayments into the QAA for easy withdrawal while doing a different transfer option with capital repayments? All to be fitted in to your copious amounts of free programming time, of course ....

It would help if the cap was shown on the site, otherwise someone sending money directly to it does not know if it will be accepted or not. BTW if the cap has been reached what happens in that case?

A time honoured British tradition ensues ... we queue and pray for drawdowns ... which reduce queue or allow a cap increase Any money for direct QAA or 30DAA barges its way to front when a space opens up.

With all the repayments flying around and delays on new loans being drawn down I've moved some funds between account queues, both the MLIA & GEIA to GBBA for example. I'm pretty sure, although not 100% as I didn't think to check, that all the funds were swept into the QAA before the changes. After changing from one account queue to another the funds went to the end of the QAA queue. Has that always been the case?

I guess every other time I've done it there has been some headroom on the QAA. Never mind, it's only a couple of hundred quid which hopefully will be all allocated by tomorrow.

QAA cap now increased... All my spare cash invested in it just after 5pm. Don't know what the new cap is, but QAA and 30D together seems to be over 25m now.

Following up on this, I was wondering if anyone knew what the new cap is on the 30DAA and QAA accounts ? I assume it is still a combined cap, but I'm not even sure of that.
Thanks

I haven't personally witnessed the two combined amounts reach the previous £25m cap in the last week, so we could probably use some of chris 's intervention. Whilst you're at it, chris - I understand that the individual ceiling for direct investment into the QAA is £100k, plus, it appears to be £25k in idle funds. Is the £25k cap applied to idle funds from MLIA, GEIA and GBBA combined, or is it £25k from each account individually? It's still a combined global cap for QAA direct, QAA swept, and 30DAA. 30DAA has no individual cap. QAA direct is £100k. QAA swept is £25k and is applied across all sources, so it's per user not per swept account.

Has this limit now been raised? I haven't been able to reconcile any of this for weeks now and my query with enquiries@ has also been outstanding for weeks.

I'm in a board meeting so I can't investigate right now but will look into it ASAP.
