- is the reference number they give you unique to that specific payment (and you have to change the detail each time), or is it your own reference (and the bank details stay the same)? It's the same, a customer reference rather than a payment-specific reference.

I'm new to SS and this forum (another FC refugee). I've picked up a few little parts of older loans which now show in my Live Loan Parts. Is there a reason why they all say "(Value: £0)" after the loan name in the "Asset detail" column?

Checked again today and they now show the asset value as I would have expected. Not sure what was going on previously ...

It looks like the problem have been fixed. It now shows the Security Value. Not necessary wrong/empty database field but maybe a default value set somewhere in code or page template. Great work savingstream for quick fix

It has always said £0 up to today. Actually it hasn't. It always used to give the asset value up until at least 24th August, because I have a downloaded list of that date. I think it changed to zero when SS changed the title from "Property Bridging Loan xxx (Value: £x,xxx, xxx)" to PBL-xx 'asset description'.

I must have never noticed it before they became £0.

Under the investment activity tab it shows a list of investor names, where do these names come from? Mine shows two letters separated by ***** but the two letters aren't even in my name. I signed up for SS about 18 months ago but have only just started using the account. I don't remember choosing a user name. Did I? I'm sure I wouldn't have chosen something with those letters. Email address before @. Thats what mine is
