Documentation will be done tonight as I am jumping in a cab to go and meet him at his house for a pawprint. Drawdown will be tomorrow when I send the funds to the Mystical East. When is payment of instant returns expected for this loan? Will it be calculated daily (typically meaning bid present at a moment in a time from 6PM to midnight at the banks) and on what "day" definition? Or will it be calculated hourly or by the second? With no sign of a specific definition of day I assume it's just a typical calendar day, so bids present before midnight qualify if drawdown is after midnight? I'm sure that the ravenous hordes of investors are really keen to get their cut of Ablrate's daily £25 or so of instant returns on this loan... Having start times in the evening are a good thing for investors but I'm not sure that with instant returns and a normal day definition they are really fair to Ablrate. Might be useful to specify that a day change happens at midnight for loans first offered no later than 3PM and at noon for those offered later in the day than that. But probably simpler just to have a rules that says no instant returns will be paid if the total time from initial offering to funds disbursing is less than 24 hours. This way Ablrate will have a realistic chance of getting the money disbursed before instant returns can become due. And no great financial incentive then to not offer loans at a more convenient time of day for many investors.
