Westonkev: does this affect those of us who have already invested through their company in Ratesetter? Ie. Presumably I don't need to transfer my company's investments from my standard Ratesetter account into this new business account?

It's exactly the same product as you already have. Its just highlighting that a company can be the named lender, as opposed to a sole trader putting his spare cash into RateSetter under his own name. It's nothing new, just promoting this existing functionality.

brettb were you able to find a bank that would take you? Does anyone have any suggestions which bank in the UK would be happy to take a business customer that invests in p2p?
