This would be consistent with their modus operandi, which is to acquire an existing organisation that has the relevant permits to operate, etc, and then bring their technical and operational expertise to bear in the new territory.

I wonder if the much vaunted German liking of efficiency and order will be able to cope with FC’s idiosyncrasies? However, after working for a German firm in the 1970’s, I came to the conclusion that their efficiency was all overhyped bullsh*t so perhaps it won't be a problem.  |
