Although not directly affected, if I factor in the usual AC level of over-promising, I'd assume that means it will almost certainly be next tax year after some "unforeseen" problems arise. If they'd indicated they might be trying to get it in this CALENDAR year, one could perhaps hold out some hope for completing in the current tax year...!
