Two new updates just been posted.
First update
Borrower has paid interest and additional amount to pay down the capital owed.
New loan will be listed 9/10 for £23,500.
As this is a new loan no roll overs will be possible.
Later update Loan will be renewed on 9th October as the borrower has paid the interest to renew the loan for a further 6 months.
The additional funds will be used to pay down the earlier loan that is secured against the first charge and therefore takes priority.
I don't understand. Are we going to get our Interest? an/or our Capital? Is the loan being renewed or not?
Anyone else understand?

Apologies the confusion was due to an error in the earlier update - a further update was added to clarify the position.
This loan is simply being renewed - all capital and interest will be paid back tomorrow and a new loan listed. As usual anyone who selected the rollover option will have the capital rolled over to the new loan.
Hope this clarifies the situation for this loan.

I went to check my rollover instructions for this loan (3728800470) and find the rollover icon is disabled, so I can't see whether or not I've set this loan to rollover, and couldn't change the setting if I wanted to. With respect to the capital payment that is going to be applied to the first charge loans, what exactly is going to happen to those -- 2685664667 (£100k) and 3013889123 (£50k)? Is one or both of them going to be partly repaid? Or completely repaid and replaced by another loan?

Very confusing with all these different charges & tranches. My list had them all linked together for ease of tracking, whereas site is erratic in their linkages, unfortunately I think I deleted it from my HD last week. Doh!

Have I missed an announcement of the renewal? I see nothing in my inbox, or the New Loan Coming thread, or in the Opportunities Coming Soon section of the Available Investments web page. The old loan says it's being renewed tomorrow, but when exactly? And what will be the maximum investment allowed? fundingsecure?

Right as far as I can tell 3rd tranche, 2nd charge is being renewed (rollovers) tomorrow. 1st tranche, 1st charge is being relaunched as new smaller loan also tomorrow (no rollovers) There is also a 2nd tranche of the first charge, 2 tranches of the 2nd charge and a 3rd charge none of which are affected Edit No mikes1531 they havent announced anything yet that Ive seen. Think the rollover is the York prop in the forthcoming but expect the 1st charge will appear later along with the preview buttons. Noticed they are quite slow at putting up renewals in the upcoming list

In my account, I can still see that the roll-over icon contains a tick, even though it is greyed out. I assume that means I had it ticked before it was disabled

I intended to invest in the two property loans so logged in at 12.00, saw two loans and bunged in some cash only to realise that one of them was a boat loan. Doh! Don't suppose it matters much.

I'm completely lost with this loan (3728800470), I had a small investment which was marked for renewal, however looking at my account movements it appears to have been repaid. If a loan is renewed does it keep the same ref number (...0470) or allocated a new number,. When a loan is renewed does it appear on the available investments page, if so I can't see any loan that matches 0470

It appeared in the forthcoming list briefly before launch, filled really quickly and is now in the activation section. Looking at the investors list for the new loan you are showing a holding (assuming you dont have doppleganger). It gets repaid early then reloaned at launch so does show in your history, check your activity & it should be clearer. (maybe)
