mikes1531 is correct in that the LTV (based upon valuation at drawdown and capital outstanding) is just north of 70%. Are you posting direct from south-side Detroit or by 'north of' do you mean 'higher than'? I seem to remember my father, who died several years aged well into his eighties, using that expression in this way. Of course he was from south-side Detroit. Just kidding, he was Scottish born and bred. So should he have known better, Duane Dibley?
