It seems the link has caused a bit of panic selling. I had a read but I'm not sure there is any new information in the link that we weren't already aware of that directly affects lenders . Anyone care to shine some light on the situation?

If you google the loan id you'll likely find it as they quoted them on the other site

Anyone care to shine some light on the situation? There is 195 pages on a forum, which initially was set up to complain about a finance company (our borrower on PBL056 and PBL064), and then what follows is exposure of directors and their companies as fraudsters, cheats, dishonest behaviour and lots more dirt. The above is what the forum says, not my current stance.
I'm going to spend my day digging and having a look at the datils, and post the results at the end of the day. If anybody wants a link to the forum (that was deleted earlier) please let me know and I will PM them.

However, the security is still exactly as it was when it was originally appraised and so not much has really changed from our perspective. SS still hold a first charge against the property.

Don't you just love it when people delete their posts and you didn't quote it in your reply?

Hopefully the link was on there long enough for some people to catch it.These people are notorious, been subject of media coverage,BBC One Show,Radio4 Face the Facts, many articles by James Hurley,Enterprise editor at the Times,Ian Fraser author of Shredded, lots of regional TV and subject of a Westminster Hall debate.Should you inspect title register for your valuable office premises you will see that it was purchased back off a previous lender for 8 or 900k.

Thank you for your post and link ( naughty, naughty.... )Are you a SS investor, or just an observer (maybe from the forum you linked in your post?) .. I bloody hope not. That would give us a LTV of 222%

Should you inspect title register for your valuable office premises you will see that it was purchased back off a previous lender for 8 or 900k. I notice (now!) that of the comparable properties listed in the valuation, many of them are not on the edge of Highbridge next to the M5, but are in Bristol. And a few are high-value offices in the centre of Bristol. (So not really comparable, at all.)
