I have spent a lot of time looking at the FC website in the last few weeks and I haven't seen auction % filled 'jump' as a batch process would suggest. My guess is that it slowly cycles through all lenders perhaps taking many hours per cycle. If you look at the breakdown of bids each hour (the FCViz extension for Chrome does this as a graph) you'll see that 70-80% of Autobids are placed overnight in a 6-8 hour window Interesting, how do you identify autobids? I had a quick look at the first 10 of my loans that I think were bought by autobid and they were distributed between 11:00 and 20:00. In my case that would all be new money rather than repayment processing.

You can't tell for certain but they are always single bids and, aside from all the £20s / £40s, often for rather odd amounts (eg £180).

What time of day are repayments processed? I had a few about 11:00, which is when new money seems to arrive in my account.

Sometimes I notice they're still going through at 7 a.m., but usually they are finished comfortably before then. A few may get posted during the working day, but not many.

However, as a non-Autobiddy, I've no way of telling how quickly the system responds to a repayment and chooses a new auction or SM loan part to buy with it. My guess is that it's unlikely to be immediate; whether it is same hour, same night or same week would need an Autobiddy to check (and there aren't many on here!)

Best to read the question first. Net profit of 1.6% of turnover does not give much leeway. Edit: Too risky for me, prepare ye for possible RBR if not flipped quickly.

Hijacking this thread briefly for an A+ 10%+1%CB (6 months term) alert. Filling about as fast as some Es [Edit: all gone in 42 minutes] It's back, but filling in no time ..... All gone in under 20 minutes. A couple of lenders bagged £50k each in £1000 parts. A bit greedy on a £225k loan!!!

All gone in under 20 minutes. A couple of lenders bagged £50k each in £1000 parts. A bit greedy on a £225k loan!!! Gone in 19 minutes (took all of 44 minutes the first time round). Should be a brilliant flipper then, especially with 2x£50k effectively out of the market if they're in £1000 parts! Cynically I felt like asking how long it would take to withdraw this time (having had our money for 7 days before withdrawing the first time round). Then, equally cynically, I checked the repayment date on the first loan that's being repaid - 28th of the month - and of course FC can't handle part-month interest on repayments, so my theory is they withdrew the first time round when they realised they'd lose part of a month interest and reintroduce now so as to avoid this. If I'm right, at least we can look forward to drawdown in the next 2 days.

Yes, but I think that is a requirement for an E?
