Thanks, looks good. They have an outstanding C loan - presumably that will be paid off, or it will not be tradable when downgraded by two bands.

I wonder why, after a respectable payments record, Fiscal Crumpets are punishing them with an 18+% rate! ... and has the company been pre-warned that 18.1% is what they will pay to replace their 12.2% deal.
These things are as bizarre as FC's current proliferation of A/A+ decisions since fixed rate was started.

My guess is they will repay / refinance lower once the new contract pays up in 6 months, hence not so sensitive to rate. E probably as this pushes up their debt / EBITDA quite a bit.

Oh and 18595 seems to have just rejected too. "E"s are starting to look like pointless money sink.

I have bid on three Es this week - two have drawn down and on is in pre-agreement after one day. Our sample sizes are too small - next week our fortunes could be reversed, or mine could go RBR.

18371 was allowed to be in "pre-agreement" for 15 days before it was dumped, so don't try ablender's trick while you wait!

18371 was allowed to be in "pre-agreement" for 15 days before it was dumped, so don't try ablender's trick while you wait! I thought that being able to hold your breath, except under water, was a human ability - or in ablender's case a weakness. Personally I respire also through my skin and cannot control that. Loggerhead turtles can hold their breath for 5000 hours underwater and that may just be long enough to receive a reply from FC - though they absorb oxygen also through their skin (turtles not FC). I do not know if gorillas can hold their breath without stuffing the relevant orifices with bananas. I have too much spare cash at present and was expecting some to be tied up - but we shall see. Edit: (rather than triggering an alert) The third E loan has now drawn down, and so this week 3 Es bid on, three accepted and drawn down, average dead money time about 1.5 days. Just good fortune - so far.
