I travel a lot. I am currently in Spain and when I try to log on to the website it takes me to the new Spanish version, scrolling down to find the English flag is easy enough (although slightly annoying), but then when I attempt to login it doesn't allow me, saying "no server is available to handle the request", it has been doing this all day. Fortunately I can access my work server in the UK remotely sometimes, but it is a pain because of the bad internet connection where I am and everything takes an age - it does eventually work this way but it shouldn't be the case of me having to jump through numerous hoops just to access my FC account.
So it seems with this change, FC haven't accounted for people being out of the country on holiday or business. Hopefully they will sort this out quickly but I was wondering if anybody has heard anything from them or is experiencing the same sort of problems from elsewhere in the world? I have emailed FC, but it often takes days if not weeks for them to get back to people now and I have better things to be doing that waiting 5 minutes for each page to load. At least I'm not missing out on the auction process hey.
It seems to be one annoying thing after another with these guys.

Likewise I was surprised to be confronted with a page of German when I went to check my account this morning. Fortunately I have a VPN subscription which can route me back to the UK site. For a frequent traveller a VPN is incredibly useful, if not essential.

Yeah they seem to have fixed it now, at least they have been proactive in addressing the mistake.
VPN is normally a God send, but my internet speed is shocking at the minute and it just eats up whatever speed I have just connecting up to it.
