I am going to have a meal, will be inviting a few people, and seeing that my requests for milk were not answered, I thought a fillet or two can pay my loan part.

16 Nov 2015 We have been in contact with the borrower with regards to their late payment. We have been informed that payment will be made this week.
Hopefully there will be an exit opportunity.

They paid up! Mine have already all been snapped up on the SM at 56p (3%) premium each by some lucky punters.
Sorry if this is a spoiler for some of you but I cannot see any others up for sale as I write. I don't think you will get crushed on the rush for the exit.

Well, I wasn't expecting to see that money again.
All sold (at 3% premium) and looking forward to that Steak on Saturday night, but all other diary products are off the menu

Mine sold at 2%. I should have put them up at 3%. I am sure the new owner will cherish and nurture the little loan parts all the more. Until, that is, they begin to wonder where the smell is coming from.

Call me a misguided optimist but, despite my strict "sell anything even slightly smelly" rules, I couldn't bring myself to sell my whole holding in this loan. I don't have many 13.8% A+ parts and I reckon a 4th generation farmer should be quite keen to hold onto his farm. In the end I've sold half (an absolute steal at 11.4% ) and kept half. But one more dodgy payment and the rest goes to the slaughterhouse too...

Those solar panels jerry-fixed to the old cow shed roof driving some high-tech milking equipment is going to suck more than poor old Daisy dry. Fourth and last generation - but then I was ever the pessimist.
