I'm ok if that is the case
but over 500 less than I have deposited plus interest
and I'm sure it is the over subscribed but there is still 7k over how does that work

yes I'm letting off steam and I have just retraced half of what I was going to say as now my total is correct all of a sudden it has changed thank you ss for doing that but an email exsplianng what you are doing to a account would be the normal professional thing to do
The bit I don't understand in all of this is ok I have been credited back to my holding account for over subscribing which is fine but there seems to be still 7 k over subscribed I'm guessing you will be getting round to clearing this too lol

You really would not want to have my ss account I had all the affects you have commented on but  my account has been hit with a bomb i have not got a clue how I can go from 58 pence avalable to over 5 k aww total pile of poo and on top I just sent another 5 k before I see the mess of my account fk it time for a fag land a 12000 k phone call tomorrow Hi t, You do not happen to know who s***r or t***4 is by any chance?

I have been checking again and since I've been letting a bit of smoke out my ears my total balance has just gone back to where it should be
And I'm guessing it is to do with over subscribing but as I am new to ss I did send email asking about this before I did over subscribe
that was a week ago with no reply so I assumed it was the norm to do this
but I'm fine with having a lump in holding for next loan
but it does seem to be 6 k still over
any idea

Thank you I have been checking again and since I've been letting a bit of smoke out my ears my total balance has just gone back to where it should be And I'm guessing it is to do with over subscribing but as I am new to ss I did send email asking about this before I did over subscribe that was a week ago with no reply so I assumed it was the norm to do this but I'm fine with having a lump in holding for next loan but it does seem to be 6 k still over any idea There were a couple of loans where multiple bids had been placed for the same amount at the same time by the same person which seemed to be either a bot, a major technical glitch or someone gaming the system. These are the loans that SS has rolled back. Other oversubscribed loans have been ignored because they are just par for the course due to a minor system error and SS dont seem to be that bothered about it.

there is no bot or anything like that
it's quite simple ,,, it has to be if I can work it out
you make your bid up to the laon max and when you press ok you want to fund just press to fund again as many times as you want and it lets you do so
but to be fair I have tried it on the beta and it is not possible to dot he same so I'm guessing that's sorted that probolem out
but I did notic when I was trying the new site that there was still over fund on the loans so how that is happening I don't no

Thats one way to get invested quickly:D That explains that then, its a bug, we can drop the conspiracy theories.   The beta site is a snapshot of the loan book on a specific date, so if the loans were negative on that date they will be on the beta site - its not been achieved by user actions

(That's probably the most likely situation. ) AFAIK, the SS valuation doc is for Block C but the loan is secured on Block B, MT has the first charge on Block C. The explanation from SS is that the two valuations (B/C) are identical, but they have apologised for being 'sloppy' and intend to upload the correct valuation this week. (I've downloaded the current 'block C' valuation so I can cross reference their word )

PBL025 is a loan secured against a charge on block B but the borrower has used the cash to fund development of Block C. MT will have a charge against block C. I suppose the borrower will do what he likes with the cash.

(That's probably the most likely situation. ) According to ilmoro in the 9 pages of discussion over on this MT thread, the SS loan is a first charge on site B and the MT loan is a first charges on site C. Edit: sorry to duplicate: I see webwiz has already replied.
