Hello!
I'd like to ask for your feedback on the development of TWINO. At this point: - We have the most competitive interest rate and the BuyBack Guarantee terms (30 days) - We can ensure the supply of approx. EUR 8 million in loans per month - Auto Invest works as a Swiss clock, immediately allocating the available cash balance - We've disclosed the financials of Finabay and the platform stats, which show that we have enough cash to buy back the delinquent loans - We've increased the support personnel to respond to invests' questions even faster.
So what areas shall we improve on?

It would be great if you could open up registration for institutional / corporate investors. It seems like it's been delayed for a while now. Any updates on this?

I would like to be able to set a minimum amount per loan using Auto Invest. At the moment it is buying too many small amounts and increasing the number of loan parts unnecessarily.

Unless Twino is suffering from lack of investors, I won't like institutional/corporate investor to be allowed in Twino, it being one of the few good platforms for a small investor like me

I would like to see the number of extensions reduced from 6 to 3 months also agree institutional investors not needed.

I thought we could do this ourselves by selecting ? Thankyou, I was using that for some Autos to give priority to the better ones, but maybe you are right and I can use it for that as well. I am not sure if that will mean that the amount you set will always remain uninvested though and it will still invest 10€ if you have say 60 available and set the minimum to 50. I agree that many P2P platforms have been damaged for private investors by opening to institutions. No easy solution for conflicts of interest.

Maybe it's just me but I would like a cash flow/projected income graph, it is on another p2p site and I find it useful. or even the expected interest paymnet listed on the investment page

Beside the loans mentioned this morning, what's missing could be being FCA regulated,
Did Mintos apply for it? where is the non invested money held? is it in a separate account?

Hello, patright! I am investigating if we can apply for an FCA regulation. As the regulation is quite new, it is not clear if a non-UK company can be regulated by the FCA. We are eager to become regulated by the FCA, and ready to invest our time and money; however, at this point it is just not clear whether this is possible at all. On the account: yes, it's a separate account with Swedbank, one of the largest banks in the Nordics & Baltics. On Mintos and the FCA: you should ask them, I guess Sincerely, Jevgenijs

jevgenijs there are 18 pages of 1 month 12.9% loans available and none for longer periods with the higher interest rates. I have plenty of money available from repayments but do not want to tie it up for maybe 8 months at the lower rate if the short loans are extended, so do not want to invest in those. I would have thought that 1 month loans would have higher rates than longer ones as they will need more work to manage reinvestment as well. Could something be done to make them more attractive?

I would like to be able to filter sold loans from the my investments page. Or maybe remove them once they are sold.
