The remaining term of this loan appears to have been cut to 76 days.
Edit: Early repayment, correction to original terms or adjustment to fit with conversion to DFL?

The remaining term of this loan appears to have been cut to 76 days. Edit: Early repayment, correction to original terms or adjustment to fit with conversion to DFL? I'd bet on a correction from an original 12-month term to 9 months.

I e-mailed Tim and he has confirmed that PBL 66 & 67 were 9 month loans not 12 month loans and have been adjusted accordingly.

ISTM that anything before PBL74, when 6 month terms were flagged again, must be considered suspect due to the contridictions in info given in different places. SS arent doing themselves any favours with the FCA with the lack of clarity, especially in the light of DM article which has reported prompted head of Commons Select commitee to write to regulator asking them to tighten up rules on risk warnings.

This and it's ugly twin have both apparently been sold and despite a nice comfortable 60 percent LTV, both would appear to have shortfalls. What's with these RICS folk?

I don't think we'll be hearing from ozboy anytime soon I hear he is having a well earned holiday... for about a week  I wonder if cobberboy can read all this. I couldn't when I was kicked out. Good chance to make rude remarks ( if we can get them past our guardian mangels) and he'll have to save up his ripostes.
