Looks like an interesting team but projected returns have dropped from 33% to 15% There is certainly some experience there - a very interesting team indeed.

Looks like an interesting team but projected returns have dropped from 33% to 15% Still showing the headline 33.5% figure when I log in? Nothing to invest in at the moment, you can view the Weymouth project that they floated a couple of months ago. After some consideration I opted not to invest, bit too risky for my liking. The investment filled quite strangely too - they were looking to raise £2M but had only raised about £300,000 with 2 days left to go. Then miraculously it jumped to 100% funded just as the time period came to an end.

Not sure how involved the "team" is, Fruitful Marketplace seems to have only one officer who also owns almost all of the shares. Interesting interview but I am not convinced that this is the right place for me to invest. |
