Well over 400k across >20 loans available so a good day for picking up bits for those struggling to get enough into MT - I do not get paid till next weekend or I'd be in there. <and again> ickng upa good day for Did your cat just jump on your keyboard?

oops - courtesy of the cat whilst I answered the phone I think! She switched off my wifi earlier today too. Reminds me of one of the best excuses for being late by a member of staff ......."sorry, the cat stepped on the bedside clock and turned the alarm off"

If I don't get up by a certain hour my cat jumps up on my bedside table and sits on my clock radio alarm and there have been occasions when he has accidentally turned the radio on by standing on a particular button and it would be quite possible for him to disable the alarm if he stood on the appropriate button so you never know that one might have been true. What happens is I generally shut him out of my bedroom at night because he has a tendency to wake me up in the early hours but if I get up to use the toilet in the early morning, when I go back to bed I leave my bedroom door ajar to let some air through and then if I'm not up by the time he wants some breakfast or to be let out he walks in and always jumps up on the bedside table which is about 70% covered by my clock radio alarm and of course sometimes activates the controls with his paws. My best genuine excuse for being an hour late for work was when I used to commute to London on the train. I was walking to the train station one morning at about 7 when a big bird swooped down low over my head and literally messed in my hair and down the back of my suit. Obviously I had to turn around and go home and take my clothes off and get in the shower and wash my hair and then put clean clothes on and of course ended up being an hour late for work and when I arrived I said I'm sorry I'm late but a seagull messed in my hair and all down my back when I was on my way to the station. I'm not sure if they believed me but I'm sure they would have rather have had me an hour late then turn up at the office covered in bird muck.

Why is there so much on SM today compared to last few weeks? There have been two large loans going live in recent days and people will be rebalancing loan portfolios - i.e. selling other loans they are overweight in or no longer wish to hold in order to buy into the new ones.

I'm doing that to some extent although quite happy if they don't sell.  I'll cancel my sales later today if still available.

Where are all the folk moaning about getting invested in MT? Nothing seems to be moving very fast - I hope we are not at saturation point. (I have no fresh cash for the new loan till Friday when I get paid so have parts of over 50 loans up for sale.) Been away from the on-line world since lunchtime - BLIMEY - never seen so much on the SM ! Here's hoping for the Bolton £££s to get back from Coll tomorrow morning ..............
