The few times I've deposited after 6pm it's taken hours to be credited. Wasn't all bad. A decent chunk of a Tranche 7 of P****** restaurants was hidden amongst the mass of available loans. I put up what I had of tranches 4,5 and 6 which sold quickly enough for me to put the proceeds in tranche 7. Happy to swap shorter dated loans for longer.

All of the 20 odd loans with bits for sale are BPF's.

Today I completed my MT loan audit and the findings were staggering. I found that I have 10.7% of my total MT investment in M. Hall and 10.5% in Wigan. I have already done some BPF selling down and more is to come. My risk reduction / diversification programme is now in full swing. I guess others are doing the same as me.

Yes, I'm in very much the same position. Significantly overinvested in those two (~10% each) and now selling off much of the excess. I expect I'll be testing out MT's withdrawal feature soon!

I counted at a glance loans to 33 different borrowers from loans page. I am sure I missed some loans to the same borrower so may be even fewer than 33. Keeping in mind some of them are about to end and some may not seem appealing it is difficult to see how one can diversify much better than 10% in one loan..

Hello,
Sorry for the newbie question but what is the down side of buying on the SM?
I know some platforms charge but it doesn't seem the case here.

So why do people buy huge amounts and put it straight on the SM Helps the platform fill the loan. You still get interest while it's in the sale queue (on this platform).
