Try the name of the property on PBL 070 and look on Loan particulars for the name of the building

Interesting reading for sure. I wonder if we can we post the articles with the borrower names redacted? Doesn't matter to me as I think I'm out of this one.

Interesting read, yes, but the article is over a year old. How it applies to the owner's current situation is debatable. More interesting to me is the number of SPV companies set up by the female director, oh and also the lady's amazing third christian name. I wonder if she was born on the 25th of October

Loans 37, 38 and 39 And PBL 069. 070 and 071 are all appear to be to same person. The name can be found on Valution of PBL39 and in the news paper .
Yes the article is a year old. But surely it does have some relevance.

I gave up trying to follow them. Unless I'm missing anything, it appears that there is only a single loan on each of the properties. I cannot see multiple charges

It has a lot of relevance I agree, but if people had brilliant financial histories, they wouldn't be coming to a P2P company looking for a bridging loan. In my opinion people come to SS and similar companies, because they have run out of options. I certainly decide on my investing criteria with that firmly in mind.

So nowhere does it say that these loans are linked to the previous PBL37, 38 & 39 though they clearly are as the planning applicant for the application cited by the valuers for the new loans is the same as the loan applicant in the earlier loan and I would assume that the purpose of these loans is to provide working capital for the guesthouse. Valuations seem very sketchy, PBL69 doesnt seem to be based on anything - the rental value is for a different property and the comparisons bear no relation to the actual use of the buidling, and much is based on borrowers info only. Struggling to see why this is split into multiple loans as these plus the original Guesthouse seem indivisible and surely couldnt be sold/refinanced seperately. Will be massively overscribed of course So effectively PBL37, PBL38, PBL39, PBL69, PBL70, and PBL71 are one borrower one project, and SS didn't think it was worth mentioning in the particulars for PBL69-71 that PBL38 and 39 are wedged between and attached to PBL70 and 71. Hmmm . . . And presumably the earlier loans are under the old terms and the new loans will be under the new terms. We did mention the names of the properties that are part of the overall scheme very clearly in the Parts.

More interesting to me is the number of SPV companies set up by the female director A raft of "possibly adverse information" and "credit rating update", right up to this month, and one current "proposal to strike off", together with at least one other removed earlier this year. Hmm. A web of complexity hiding...? I wonder if we should read too much into the bankruptcy being a mill owed to a bridging finance company? Putting his name plus "bankruptcy" into a popular search engine finds the Daily Brownshirt's finance section published a somewhat-less-than-enthusiastic article on his Norwegian forestry activities being sold as pension investments, back in April this year. Ah'm firmly oot.

At a guess, I'd say these are likely to launch either in the next couple of hours or else late afternoon. That because I'll be travelling and Saving Stream always, as a matter of company policy I think, launch new loans when I have limited / intermittent internet access!

PBL069 was listed in my Live Loanparts for a brief period (I know because I sold a small bit to get back to a round figure) but now it's disappeared and is back in Pipeline Loans ??
