Hi
I turned to rb when another p2p changed abruptly - and I'm preferring the way rb seems to work at the moment.
However, I'm finding it unclear how to follow my involvement - sometimes it seems as if I need to record every intervention I make so I'll be able to trace how the Dashboard and Statement present what they do. Is it impossible for rb to record/present the statement in a different way? For example, in addition to what it shows already, I'd like a site record of each bid I make (date, prospective borrower, amount bid, rate bid at), the outcomes (bid accepted/rejected; payment to named borrower/named micro-loan seller). At the moment it feels as if some information is not presented, particularly after a bid fails for whatever reason.
Perhaps it's all there and I haven't worked out how to find it. My attempts to explore the links are not always successful and the page I found a few months back that listed my name (not my user name) and other lenders' names I've never found since, not even with user names instead!

Thanks, MONEY, I'm encouraged by your reply.
It'll be interesting to see if the info presented gets enhanced by ReBS.

Hi Amulet,
Great to hear you've decided to invest through us.
We do get a lot of feedback from lenders about our reporting - it has been shaped to this point by lenders, but we recognise the need to make it clearer and tailor it for different users' requirements.
We have the information you mention available in our database, but we don't make it available for all users on the site because it would be enormous! Some lenders make hundreds of bids on each loan. If you would like the data, I can send you an export? Let me know outside the forum if that helps.
On the username side, I can double-check that your username is displayed rather than your real name (some people's username is their real name) - again, just send me a quick mail.
Regards,
Nick
