I'm in a couple of the similar loans on the other platform. I will probably lend on this one too, depending on what else crops up before the auction fills.
I'm not too worried about concentration of M**scliff risk, because their role is limited to installation (which is only a short term exposure) and maintenance. Other maintenance providers should be available if M**scliff go belly up. I think the loan is fixed rate rather than index linked because it is unusually short for a wind deal. There is little point in index linking a 3 year loan. Also the principal amortisation is small at only 5% per year, so I am pleased that the unamortised principal is not being index linked.

I've just noticed that a white diagonal bar over the Horsegraph. Just as Auction 78 W**ham Developer did yesterday for good few hours. It looks like a white no enrty road sign. What does it mean?

When I rest my cursor on the "white No Entry " sign the tooltips says "Unfunded 0%" or something similar. I try and paste a piccy here...

 After 25 mins. of trying this is the best I came up with(above). Ignore the blue background that was me selecting it, but you can clearly see a white strip going thru it. The same thing happened to Auction 78 for more than a day yesterday I think, but then suddenly vanished. I assumed it meant the Auction was temporarly closed. It looks more like a baby bug in the system.
