Just phoned customer services who confirmed there are still problems with the payment runs - 'affecting a small number of customers' - but both me and my missus accounts are still waiting on payments due today....................They hoped to have it sorted in the next couple of hours........... In that case I await the glad tidings from even ONE customer of RS forum on this forum who has received today's repayments, to counterbalance the several who have posted here to say they haven't. I think customer means "borrower", as they mention payment run issues, so I suspect the whole process of passing funds back to lenders is held up whilst they deal with the payment runs. At least thats what would make sense to me 1) allocate incoming cash to loans 2) process the reinvestment settings and rolling loans once all incomings are accounted for 3) update stats, market rates etc

Rolling 2.4% at 11:19 1 Year 2.4% at 11:14 5 Year Income 5.1% at 11:17 Normal monday morning after the weekend ever decreasing rates where people keep undercutting others to try to lend quickly The failure to put even more money into the market place could be seen to increase rates as loans are still getting processed and matched Once the big splurge of repayment money arrives you may see rates drop as some people seem to immediately match at whatever rate loans are sitting there ready to be matched against

Well my personal account now shows 1 repayment for today, 29 to go ....... Wife's and business accounts are, much to my chagrin, performing Dodo impersonations.

Noticeable that little or no matching is being done. That will happen when the wall of repayment money eventually gets placed and rates have done their usual Monday plummet. Expect "borrowers" to suddenly appear at 4.6%(?) 5 yr, 2% for "rolling".
edit 12:33 Matches in last 24 hours, rolling 271 (it is often high four figures); One year, 3; Five year, 39 (should be high 3 figure or 4!)

Over half way through the day and still waiting for all my payments, looks like there is a more serious problem than being reported by RS.

I received about a quarter of repayments including some in last few minutes, so on the way now!

It's dripping into my holding account now. Maybe they are having to monitor it manually because of the system failure.

No repayments so I just called CS.
They told me the 3 year market is repaying now, with rolling and 1 yr complete.
They hope that the 5 year (and thus everything) will be completed by 6.30pm (I see 6pm was mentioned to someone above).
I queried when the cut off for next day withdrawal was and they said 8pm.
Let's see.
I am 100% 5 year market.
My understanding from CS was this is impacting everyone, not just a "small number" of lenders.

I didn't take what CS told me a few hours ago too seriously - it sounded a bit 'on the fly' and unconvincing ...... My Rolling repayments due today are nowhere to be seen

I received an email from RateSetter first thing this morning explaining that overnight repayments had been delayed ... Just kidding, that would be too easy, far more interesting to have to find out via the forum.
