I'm afraid not - just too far away for me being in the deep south.
If I were going I'd certainly be planning to give REBS a hard time over communication and effective pressure on late payers. I'm voting with my feet and gradually withdrawing from this platform.

Too far for me as well, though I would like to go for the same reasons as others have suggested. I plan to follow the webinar in real time on Thurday, just to get a 'feel' for how it goes.
BTW, has anybody noticed the recent, sudden uptick in communication - cynic that I am, I wonder if is related to the coming Lender evening?

Anybody else listening to the webinar?
I put the sound on max, but it currently is so low, I don't understand anything. Too bad.

For me, as a virtual attendee by webinar, the show was a huge disappointment, purely because of audio problems. There was no sound at all until around 7:30pm, then it very poor quality for the next 50 minutes, then the sound dropped out again at about 8:20. So I completely missed the whole of Dan Rajkumar's presentation and the final part of the Q&A session. Even when the audio was on, the quality was appalling - variable volume, lots of continuous background noise (?air conditioning?), diistracting keboard-typing noises etc so, although I caught some of Phil Pawsons presentation, Rob Lewis's & some of Kylie's, I was struggling all the time to hear what was being said. When the gang moved over to chairs for the Q&A it became even harder to hear - not helped by the fact the the audience questions themselves were impossible to hear, as they had been all the way through.
This was all very frustrating because, judging from DanR's Powerpoint slides (which I downloaded), he had some interesting things to say. I wish Kylie's slides had been offered for download, too, as that would have helped me follow what she was saying, which again I think contained some useful material.
I would be interesting to hear from anybody who attended in person what they thought of the show.

I heard nothing as I had apparently been "muted by an organiser" It's OK though, I emailed Nick in response to his "thank you for attending the webinar email" and I'm sure he'll get round to replying sometime soon with a recording of the audio so I can listen to it at my leisure. He will, won't he?

Webinars by reputable organisations usually end up on youtube.

To be honest it would more accurate if you substituted "platform is" for "webinar was" in your above quote.

yeh I agree, I've been with RBS for over 18months and the communication is just terrible. I dont trust them to look after my hard earned cash.. They don't respond to E mails, and when people post on the discussion boards no one responses to fair questions.. I don't even know what their policy is on missed payments re accrued interests. Seems like they fair the side of the borrower not the lender
