Of course he is.  It doesn't take much research to realise that S*****r must one of the two co-owners of LC - the trail leading from one name to the other is not difficult to follow, and I'm sure many others here have followed it.  Per se, his tactics would be a reasonable way of getting a platform off the ground.  What I take exception to, and the reason why I have never lent on this platform, is the way the secondary market has been manipulated (sorry - 'designed') to advantage him in reselling his underpriced loan parts - to my mind, its functioning is so opaque it can hardly be called a 'Market' at all.
