It seems SS have started to tackle the bots, I tried to do a fastest finger purchase, and failed because the screen came up with, "oooops. Please tick the box to confirm you are not a robot".
Good....
And interestingly the £1500 that was put up for sale of PBL49, that disappeared before I failed to buy any of it, appears to be an SS test, because there are no amounts in today's Investor Activity for today

Dear SS, sadly your "captcha" button does not seem to have worked. The bots are still buying, just watched PBL35 sell some loan parts, which were hoovered up by two very smug usual suspects in the bot world.
All this tick box has done is slow down the humans, and made it easier for the bots.
Ho hum.........

LOL, I think I'd better let SS get on with doing what they are doing, without my half arsed running commentary Now when ticking the box, you have to tick a number of random similar pics, as per the usual captcha scenario. I think the end of the bots is nigh, and the last bot purchase has just occurred.  |

I would suggest instead of the tick box an auto generated number or text box is used.

Agreed - at least they are trying to deal with the problem! I doubt it's anywhere near as easy to implement as it seems to the non bot-savvy.
