welcome Spartacus, but who is a*****a ? looks like they've picked up over £200k today - they must be something to do with SS, because I haven't seen any £10k+ sales go through, but the investor activity logs say otherwise Ah!! we need to start a new thread to find who a*****a is.

PBL025 £11,170.00 18/01/2016 15:46:38 18/01/2016 15:46:48 00:00:10
was the only large one I've seen recently, and the 10 second closure time makes me suspect the buyer was poised for action when their other hand pressed 'sell'. I did miss a few where I saw 'parts available' was true, but by the time I got the 'available page' refreshed to see how much of what, they had already vanished. If someone bought £200k today, they must have done it amazingly cunningly.

Takes my superslow broadband a second to refresh & two seconds for Google to decide if I get pictures or not so Ive no chance I've got fibre broadband and still haven't seen a box to tick (apart from when logging into my Virgin Media account, where they appear to have adopted the same process)

You have the purchase times? Are you scanning constantly to spot purchases? Simple answer is 'yes' .. but so are you, if you stay on the 'available loans page', the only extra trick is to arrange to remember what you see (which is where a computer comes in handy). I can't be a**ed to check/record who bought them, or to follow up on the ones which vanish before I could blink, though. Presumably SS have masses of data .. they may even know how many failed bids there are for each successful one.

Thought I'd register here to stop the conspiracy theories before they really get interesting. I am Spartacus ,) ... or m***********3. Contrary to some opinion, I have no special privileges, have not managed to get around the captcha pictures and have never used a bot. When the bots were operating I had no chance of picking up certain loans like others, now it's just fastest finger and who can spot the pizza's and banana's first. I am picking up as many Saving Stream loans as I can as I move funds from Funding Circle to here. It would be easier to invest the funds using pre-funding, but until the pipeline loans come through the secondary market is the only way of investing here. Forgive me if I don't quite believe this poster. .........They were beating bots regularly without using a bot, and beating everyone now we have captcha. mmmmm yeah right, I believe you.

PBL025 £11,170.00 18/01/2016 15:46:38 18/01/2016 15:46:48 00:00:10 was the only large one I've seen recently, and the 10 second closure time makes me suspect the buyer was poised for action when their other hand pressed 'sell'. That explanation seems rather unlikely inasmuch as the buyer has told us in this thread that the money they're using to buy that part is coming out of FC. I did miss a few where I saw 'parts available' was true, but by the time I got the 'available page' refreshed to see how much of what, they had already vanished. If someone bought £200k today, they must have done it amazingly cunningly. The parts I mentioned in the 'Please tick the box..' thread... ... today's big winner seems to be a*****a. While I was trying to buy some small parts a little while ago, I noted that earlier today a*****a has bought £29,862 of PBL060 and £18,570 of PBL061. ...show how someone bought £48+k in two large chunks today. I certainly didn't see them go by. I only noticed that they had gone by when I checked the Investor Activity tab on those two loans for another reason. Since then, I've seen that a*****a bought £4,778 of PBL063 today as well.

A few days ago, I did actually beat m*************3 for a loan part. I think the only reason for that was because that all of a sudden, six or seven loans parts appeared on the screen at the same time and I went for the ‘picture’/one at the bottom right of the screen… In answering the question, “Who is m*************3?” Everybody has been referring to m*************3 as a he, it could be a she... Women are much faster at typing, than men. I just think this is a women with a super fast typing speed, maybe a Secretary with phenomenal typing skills, a Speed Typist, perhaps working for a person with very deep pockets… These comments from Savingstream, Investor activity shows m*************3 getting £8300...... We rounded down from c £310 each to £300 each investor as most people like round numbers. The £8300 was the surplus of c1300 investors x c£8 each. Everyone got £300 if they asked for more than that (apart from lucky m*************3). Can we presume that M**********3 got that by an SM purchase or did you pick the lucky person out of the hat? Simply curious LW Fastest finger. So, IMHO, we are up against a very fast female typist… If that is the case, I did beat her once… …by luck!!

I was not going to add this but could not resist, sorry: Who would vote to ban women like with bots? Please, please, please, stop throwing things at me.

I just think this is a women with a super fast typing speed, maybe a Secretary with phenomenal typing skills, a Speed Typist, perhaps working for a person with very deep pockets… Well, I don't want to brag, but I personally don't know anyone faster on the keyboards than I am. I can accurately type at 78wpm and have the certificates to prove it (of course I'm a woman too) but that hasn't given me an edge over M or anyone else in winning parts. In three weeks I've managed to bag three bits. I'm very sceptical that someone without an additional aid can be that successful in beating us all to it so frequently.
