Does it normally take this long to fill, (coming from someone who is used to seeing PP properties fill within seconds). Or has everyone gone over to PP instead Remember you are earning 3% whilst you are waiting. Of course 3% pa is quite nice, and better than a kick in the nether regions but I'm not going to get rich on the 1.6p per day my little deposit with PM is earning, and of course I could always stick my money into Saving Stream for a few weeks and earn over 12% pa

It's a struggle but not impossible to pick up bits on SS's SM. I did post on one of the threads that I had managed to do a little bit of business a week or so ago.

Both picked up over last 18-24 hours but stillsomeway to go for the HMO. Maybe if the Wigan prop filled the other will follow suit much quicker?

Even if the market goes down, at least the yield will hold it up somewhat for a few years as an income investment entity.

Ive now dipped a toe in this one. That may well be the case but,the hmo one needs an arm, a leg & a couple of torsos thrown in to get fully sybscribed!
