Has anyone read through the semi-detached valuation document? The reinstatement cost for insurance purposes decreases by £40,000 in the space of one sentence......
Taken direct (word for word) from the Valuation Document; I hope it's a mistake; not just the Valuation Company just making it up and getting lost in their own b******t.....

Reported on this forum weeks ago. You could try posting a question of the page for that loan on the site.

I did have a look, as I would have been surprised if nobody noticed, but couldn’t find the thread/post (it would help if they used pipeline reference like on the live loans, so that we could cross reference). I will post the question to SS on the Q&As. Just out of interest; have SS responded about this to anybody?

As far as I'm aware there has been no response from SS. Not all pipelines bear fruit, and when they go live they get assigned a loan number which Forumites tend to create a thread for, I have seen a specific pipeline thread being completely ignored once the loan went live and a new thread was created. There can also be a considerable time-lapse so the thread might sink several pages and be forgotten, so I prefer the current 'informal' system on the whole.

I will take note and stick to the pipeline loans thread for these sort of topics, and go and sit in the naughty corner for not searching more thoroughly......
