So we have reached the end of 'this' week and still no funds. The promise of an 'extra' months interest for Bucks 1 (maturing on 21st) becomes more interesting just as that for Bucks 2 (maturing 27th) diminishes. I think we have already established from other loans that the two maturity dates are probably not matched by how the borrower sees it, who may for instance have a single sum due on the 18th Jan. He may or may not be subject to formal notices, and penalties from FC. We are not told If this is really how Faulty Colaborations handle the reward for late payments to the lender it is very crude. Does the promise now mean that we get two months extra on Bucks 1 or am I missing something? they promised (on the official forum) a month added on top of the total interest accrued for any single day the loan is active (i.e. if they repay after 38 days, they will give interests for 38 days + 1 month extra for compensation).

Thanks - that makes more sense. edit: as long as they have the ability to do this!

Paid up but no sign of any extras.

THis is what FC said... The final repayment has been made and this loan has now been settled in full. Any extra interest will be distributed to investors in due course.
So the extra is still not with us for the moment (probably meaning they have not charged the extra to the borrower... very very crazy action to me)

I dont think they 'charge' the extra to the borrower - it will come from FC's fees and any penalty clause in the contract that may or may not have occurred. As I said earlier, probably to the customer this is not two loans but one so FC have to fudge and bridge the gap. The delay is probably a technical matter as FC figure out how to do it!

This loan has disappeared form 'My Loan Comments'. To find it I had to go to my loan parts, sort in part order then scroll through the list till I found it (there is no facility to sort by loan number).
My loan comments shows me comments on every loan I've ever had including repaid loans so a loan disappearing from the list is unusual.

John I have found that comments for repaid (or sold) loans reliably disappear from "Recent Loan Comments"
