Less than 3 months later #207 is suspended due monitoring event. Change in company circumstances. PG director leaves suddenly after 4 years but security of £335k equity against £206k loan, for a house that is due to sell at the end of the month, on the face of it this looks a simple recovery  - time for AC to step up & prove their worth. |

Six months into a five year loan and we go from "...comfortably covers this DSC figure" (credit report) to "We have been told by another director that loan interest repayments are not able to be made and as such we are reserving our rights under the terms of the loan and have asked for proposals for immediate repayment of the loan" (activity report), plus the retiring director with the PG didn't know he was planning on retiring?
hmmm.
Fingers crossed this works out ok.
