So well done to AC for pulling off the biggest loan yet and let's hope that they can find many more similar loans. Exponential growth is the only way to win the market at this stage but it's really tough to pull off. The £6m loan hasn't been drawn down yet - it is scheduled for drawdown on Friday. Yeah, I know. I did write something about the possibility that Friday doesn't come off and then though the better of it. Don't press me.

Busy day tomorrow then, all 4 loans now 'scheduled' to drawdown tomorrow, £3.3m
plus 3 on SS, 1 on MT, maybe a launch on ABL, plus the usual new & hanging stuff on FS.
Choices, choices!

Busy day tomorrow then, all 4 loans now 'scheduled' to drawdown tomorrow, £3.3m 2 drawn down (#240 and #243), still 2 to go ..... It's 8pm so it's getting quite late for the last two. One of these was scheduled for two days ago. so a poor show to make this effectively five days late (Monday). The other was brought froward by a week, but without the prior commitment of all the underwriters - again that's a bit of a poor show as those underwriters who did cough up to the updated timescales are now going to lose out on the weekends interest as are everyone else who has sold in order to get a promised 12% at midnight tonight. I think AC should give up on Friday targets for drawdown as they rarely make them. Instead they should target Mondays so that if they miss them, for whatever reason, at least they can fix things up in the next few days. This works for the lenders who don't want to lose a weekends interest due to failed drawdown and works for the borrowers because (I assume) they are newbies so believe AC's timings and so think they will be paying interest on money they can't do anything with until Monday. stuartassetzcapital I'm not asking you to comment on this board, but please do consider the idea. You make (hopefully!) good money on being "Fairer,... Together" this seems to move towards that goal.

Looks like loan #244 is going ahead at the 11th hour, 10th and a quarter hour.

I see AC have managed to rustle up another whirlygig loan for the pipeline, but at the cost of 1% rate drop compared to last one.

246 failed to launch again yesterday, anybody taking bets the 1st house will sell before drawdown and kill the loan.Of course i would not be unhappy if it repayed the day after drawdown as long as the minimum 3 months interest is payed . Wonder what the annualised interest would work out to be.
