Was there a payment run this morning? Well I never received any money and no new offers were created for me today so I never received any if there was and on any month where the 25th isn't a weekend, I'd usually receive repayments.

And again today. Why hasn't that last 17p been put on the market westonkevRS ? Wots the matter with my 17p? RS has left it on the shelf again this morning. Is it "tainted" or "laundered" or otherwise under suspicion? If I have £20.04 available to invest and instructions are in place on how to do that, why can't RS put that £20.04 on the market? Losing interest on 17p day after day mounts up you know. Attachments:

I'm getting fed up with this westonkevRS It can't just be me and I have flagged this up several times without RS based response. Not 17p this time. Today my reinvestments have been placed at "My (your) Rate" as instructed, but £64.91 has been left unoffered in my holding account. WHY? My settings stipulate all interest and principal repayments from both 3 and 5 year to be reinvested in 5year. Attachments:

Hey old Grumpy, no need to live up to the name. If you DM me your email user ID I'll chase with Customer Services tomorrow. But I'm surprised they've gone silent on you they are usually pretty responsive.
Kevin.

You've not been playing about with the withdrawal settings have you old grumps?
I doubt it but I had a similar issue then realised I'd accidentally diverted some repayments into withdrawal thus it was going into my holding account.

Didn't mean them... (mind you, a chat with the lovely Stephanie should be on my "to do" list at every opportunity!)
I've already manually placed it on the market now. Let's see how much is left locked in the tin tomorrow.

If you want to talk to the "lovely Stephanie", you''ll need to emigrate. After a spell of travelling (I won't say where, in case you hunt/stalk her down) she is off to work for RateSetter Australia. She's very excited about working with the old web site design, for the luddites amongst us. The wonderful Lucy is still here, and the many "young lads" that will be happy to help. @ westonkevRS

Not entirely related, but my order using today's repayment and interest on the 5yr at 6.2% has been matched, but the loan's taking hours to be formed.

Do any of the more experienced Ratesetter lenders know of a way to find out what rate an early repaid loan was originally lent out at. Just curiosity really to see if it is good news or bad rate wise as I have had some chunky repayments recently.

Look at On loan... click the + button Click "Your repaid money" (Select month) Click View. All will be revealed.

I too am baffled as to why some of my income is placed into the holding account and some reinvested as requested.
All my reinvestment settings are correct and yet, this morning, £48.38 was reinvested and £7.37 wasn't. Why?

If the £48.38 was from, say, the 3 year market and the £7.37 from the 5 year market, they would hit the holding account at different times, and £7.37 is too small for an order as the minimum size is £10.
