From Loanbook 24th August 2016 Loan Performance per Rating and Loandate imgur.com/a/VauX6Loan Performance per Country and Loandate imgur.com/a/E2WhuLoan Performance per Rating, Country and Loandate imgur.com/a/vxPZULoan Performance per Loandate imgur.com/a/WLBkORemarks: - There are small differences on figures compared to previous posts maybe due to data inconsistencies in dataset. - In all previous datasets Recovery was not separated into Principal Recovery and Interest Recovery. I used to treat it as a Principal Recovery which is now wrong as Bondora split Recovery into recovery of principal and interest. --> "Recovery" = PrincipalRecovery + InterestRecovery*0,74(=TaxRate) --> Ratios involving recovery are now different as taxes need to be paid on interest Recovery. Remarks: - Non-estionian loans are still a net loss to the investor (See Ratio (EAD1-Recovery) to InterestandPenaltiesMade after Taxes for Spain the investor lost until today 3,76 more principal than received from Interest after taxes + recovery for Finlad the investor lost until today 2,51 more principal than received from Interest after taxes + recovery
- Recovery of non-estonian loans is painfully slow
