Nearly £3million looking for a new home. We'll need some big loans to soak up all this demand.

Just wondering, it said February interest had also been paid, however I only got 0.1%, not the usual monthly 1%, did I misunderstand?

The part of the email that I didn't understand was... Specifically, I didn't understand the "if applicable". Does anyone understand under what circumstances interest wouldn't have been paid? Perhaps savingstream would be willing to let us know what that means?

Maybe they just mean that if you only invested in one of these loans today, then you would be due no interest.

I got the email even though I didn't hold the loans or had done in Feb - so not applicable to me?

I had a few bits & pieces of these, one was for £4 this received zero interest over a couple of days, so not applicable I would think.

If only they had waited one more day to repay the loans, you'd have got 1p interest then,
