SS website problem?

I just tried to advise SS of the cash I have sent from my bank. Under the cashier tab\deposit tab, as well as the information on how to pay, I'm 99% certain there was an area to complete saying how much I have sent.
Am I going mad*/confusing with another platform or is there a problem?

Any thoughts please?
