1. I read that there are some wood electricity poles, and 4 electric pylons, together with a water pipeline going through the land. Will any of this make a difference?
2. Also there is mentioned of clay pigeon target shooting license.
3. Another thing I do not understand is "We are informed there is an overage covenant on the access from the village of Sutton." What is this and will it have any effect?

With these loans going live this coming wednesday do i have to have all my pre-orders covered by cash or just arrange to cover them within 24 hours of them going live? You don’t have to have the money sitting in the account; you’ll have a negative balance and then you’ll have to deposit the amount within 48 hours.

The latter; although there was a request for potential lenders to transfer cash in advance to help with a quick draw down, I felt that this was more to do with banking latency when the loan was due to go live over the weekend. Well, Grumples is set up for a (modest) position (for six months or so) in this piece of land speculation. Huddersfield all sold up!! I wonder if we'll get an AC style "unfortunately" to delay Wednesday's launch?

I think it's a typo. At first I thought it must be famine in reference to the shortage of loans available since xmas. Then realised that didn't make sense, so should read gaming, implying there is a casino being run from the grain stores.

Brilliant, prudence is always welcome in today's climate. I do need to know if all loans share all of the security, or if its being divided up. Liz - we have divided it up. Is it only the land that has been divided or does it include the buildings? If the latter is true, which buildings belong to which tranche?

It's all in the valuation document dude Tranche A includes the farm buildings at Clay End Farm Tranche D includes the farmhouse The other two Tranches don't include any outbuildings, but Tranche B includes a Scheduled Ancient Monument (a moated site apparently)

There is bound to be water pipelines and pylons, none of which would be of concern. If the valuation indicated that there where transmission towers running through the land, then that would be an expensive issue for planning, but no indication 2. I can't see no issues I can see with this. If the land which has clay pigeon target shooting license has a change of use this license would be automatically removed 3. I have no idea what this means.....! Will have to do some research EDIT : webwiz beat me to it!
