Now possible to access Buy/Sell but no bids or offers at the moment! Not kept up with this loan. How was it affected by the other defaulted container loans? Apparently it has only had a minimal impact and the problem 'adviser' has been replaced without much disruption to the buying/ordering of containers. The last tranche drew down as originally planned at the end of July as they remained confident that the business case remains and that an alternative adviser had been found. I understand the reason why it has yet to list on the SM is 'technical' issues over the fact that there is only one bullet payment of principal and interest at the end of the five year term, although I wouldn't have thought this would have added much complexity versus the existing month amortising loans currently handled on the SM platform.

As soon as the secondary market is up and running we will send a full update out. Suffice to say that the company feel that they are in control on the two issues impacting the business (GBP/USD and "advisers") and are comfortable carrying on as planned, if slightly delayed.

SM trading has been enabled in this loan. ablrate / ablrateandy , could we please have the promised update on company progress to date? Thanks [Edit: Scratch that, trading now disabled again! It WAS enabled earlier, as there was both a bid and offer listed (at remarkably high quoted APRs)]

Apologies. It was just activated for a test. Our representatives are at a container show this week and we will provide an update next week.

That sounds like a really fun trade show Apparently breakfast sessions include: - 20ft vs 40ft: does size matter? - colour trends for Spring: is pink the new blue? - 101 things to do with your excess containers [crossed with pom , clearly great minds think alike!]

Perhaps while they are at the show they can keep their eyes open for two batches of errant containers (currently unknown if they were actually produced or shipped to Europe), as well as a certain naughty advisor?

I've had an image stuck in my mind of clueless Apprentice candidates trying to flog pink ones !!! ("I don't know/care how big it is or what the specs are, I'm best to sell it cos I'm a nice person" )

- 101 things to do with your excess containers House German film crews is one thing. Apparently quite a bit of a market for that sort of temporary housing use. That particular example is from SW England where the crew has been filming a very popular in Germany period drama.

Hi Nick. Have you really been asking this regularly and politely since August 4th? If so you deserve a medal for patience.

Hi All We are working through this... we are working on the math for the yield at the moment as something in the system is a little out and it is proving a little more complex. We will have it sorted soon and I will update. Sorry for the delay Regards Ablrate
