Is there a problem with this one? What makes you think that? "Sale completed" email received 22nd March. By the time a tenant was in, there'd be no time for any rent before the April distribution, and the May distribution's not happened yet. I'll not be massively surprised if it doesn't pay anything (or much) this month anyway.

It just seems to be lagging compared with 38, 39, 40, and 41 which have anniversary dates of 28th February or later and have achieved rented status.

It just seems to be lagging compared with 38, 39, 40, and 41 which have anniversary dates of 28th February or later and have achieved rented status. With the type of investment unless they have unwritten rent they will not always instantly be rented out, also a few of them have needed some repairs doing before renting out so that will set it back and think this was one of them

Nearly 6 months after investing there is a vote about a potential first tenant.
Can't see any advantage in NO so I'm going with YES.

Anyone else surprised that there is no retain option in this vote? Seems like a good regular earner that is going to make a capital loss if sold.

Still I'm not in for big money and that'll be me virtually me out of PM following a fire sale on the SM.
Never more than a toe dipper, with an interest in the system, and the system whilst interesting didn't blow my socks off.
