Saved themselves a couple of days interest by delaying, but as said an email would not do any harm. These delays seem to happen on a regular basis these days which I have learnt by and no longer sell loan parts in advance savingstream you turning the tap on today or not ?

It could get worse soon.
Several big loans and groups of loans are due to be paid back (so they say....) Many are in the band c. 40 to 80 days overdue. If several repay at around the same time where is the cash going to go? It would be neat if the new F-ISAs could be made available at the same time as a dozen quality new loans.
Then we'd all have plenty of ready cash and somewhere worthwhile to put it.
OK, just wishing......

Quit banging your head against walls just for the hell of it, this is the exact same thing which happened a few weeks ago, and if I remember correctly was met with a comment from SS which some found to be flippant.
I quote "N.B. We reserve the right to cancel or extend this go live date if required."
We're talking an allocation of maybe £120 on this one, hardly worth losing sleep over IMO

Then again, I have difficulty understanding why, in the cases of DFL001 and DFL002, a delay might have been required. Maybe SS should change their footnote to "...if we feel like it."

I don't see why anyone ever thought it was a good idea to 'go live' Saturday, when the released funds clearly are not going to reach the client, or his builder, or Jewson's or where-ever it is really destined for, before Monday .. unless SS wanted the cash in their bank by Monday, but I doubt they are that short of liquid funds.

Did anyone notice (apart from my SS monitor) that the loan value was changed at 13:27 on 25th Jan:
Loan value was changed from £2,883,859 (68%) to £2,935,421 (69%).

I was luckily to see that £50k hit the SM on the 25th (from which of course I took a nice mouthful) it lasted about a minute, I was going to mention it here but got distracted, sorry ! Was surprised that a project of this size would take down such small amounts and remember SS did state that anything under I think £200,000 would go straight to the SM.

Didn't they say a while back that they wouldn't use pre-funding for small advances, just throw it on the SM? That'd be my guess. Would be nice to think it'll get mentioned in an update somewhere but I won't hold my breath...

The last tranche was on 21/11/16, so one was due. I am still lobbying for the QS Reports to be published, but it would also be nice just to have a written update on the status of the build.
