Much to my amazement this loan appears to have been unsuspended today. And now appears on the available loans list. I just noticed it, but there does not seem to be any indication in the recent updates section. Some people are actually buying parts! Yes and those of us who didn't cancel our sale parts because we didn't want to lose our spot near the front of the sales queue for some extra interest now find ourselves on the brink of selling out.

More Lendy platform incompetence? edt ; Huh! Agree with oldskintite (post below). Perhaps if it was a Lendy error then Lendy will offer (but not impose) a reversal of all transactions which took place while the loan was unsuspended. What about it Paul? Lendy Support

And I've moved £3K closer to safety, in spite of the loan freezing again - but no new sales.
How very odd.

Roughly 1175 pounds worth was sold on the secondary market before it was resuspended. I wonder if Lendy will cancel / reverse these transactions since I assume now its all a big mistake. There is also a notice on the front page about this being an error. Joy turns to despair in the space of 2 hours.
"We are aware that DFL002 and PBL103 were temporarily unsuspended from trading on the secondary market today. Whilst we investigate the root cause, we thank you for your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience caused."

Devastating. I was only £4k from the front of the queue and it was moving ......
Only a few hundred pounds left in it - but would have been nice to get it back.
Oh well, I'm nicely placed on the grid for the next time there's a LY cock up.

We have now received two offers to acquire the property, one from the borrower and the other from another interested party. My emphasis. Am I reading that right?

"The LPA Receiver is proceeding with the sale of one of the units for £1m from a third party and an IMS is continuing its work to evaluate the costs required to build out the remaining commercial and residential units."
So the £1M sale is still in progress? Is that the original sale that has been going for months or a new offer?

From Lendy "The borrower made an offer to purchase this site, together with the property relating to loan DFL001, for the combined sum of £6m. This has however been rejected.". Wow !! That is £3m short of just the outstanding loans for DFL001 and DFL002.
