Here is the General Update issued by Lendy when they moved from the old Ts & Cs to the new Ts & Cs. lendy.co.uk/documents/newstructure.pdf. I know that the old Ts & Cs are still available on this platform but can't locate them. Any help available? Attached to the old t&C loans under loan particulars

I just read the above .PDF where it states:
OLD STRUCTURE
If a loan went into Default, Lendy Ltd continued to pay interest at the normal rate of 1%
per month.
So why isn't this loan being serviced on a monthly basis?

Becayse the NEW new old structure had the rules changed, probably, and even if not, the software implementation is sure to be at variance with intended reality.

New update on this loan: Borrower has informed Lendy that they are targeting a completion date on 30th June. Lendy is apparently attempting to tie in Legals with the completion date.

Lendy is apparently attempting to tie in Legals with the completion date. ie. tomorrow - I've NEVER experienced any sort of property completion on a Saturday! Coincidentally, the same day the promoters are publicising the pussycat power boat to participate at Falmouth It's all ready for action (or more likely NOT) down here in the southwest this weekend! Shall I choose to go up to Exeter or down to Falmouth to celebrate my repayments - or more likely stay here and earn something towards making up for the almost inevitable losses?!?

I bet that the 30th comes and goes and that we will have to wait until next Friday for excuses as to why what we were told would happen has not happened.

If the Exeter loans repay tomorrow I’ll be more than astounded. Lendy updates are a pack of lies (yes, probably lies by proxy, but lies nonetheless). About the only truthful update they’ve ever posted is “no change”.

Unfortunately, the targeted completion will now not take place tomorrow.
Further updates regarding the refinance of this loan will be communicated in due course. In the meantime we thank you for your patience.
I don't think any of us will be surprised to hear that but it would have been nice if they were proactive in communicating this!

Would have been unbelievable if a deal completed on Saturday.
Lendy seem to simply take what the borrower says, sod any documents.
Next update: Borrower advises a completion date of July 32nd. Lendy are ensuring that the legals are completed in advance of this date.
