Can't get beyond the new additional security page to log in to my (our) account. Despite following the on screen instructions to the letter I keep getting an error message, so can't access the account. parag can you sort this out ASAP Just worked ok for me

Jaydee Just emailed you. Quick fix being put in place now. There is an issue with the memorable information page if you originally logged in using your email address as opposed to your username. In the meantime if you login with your username on the first login page you will then be able to set your memorable information.

Can someone explain the point of the pictures, am I suppose to remember which picture I have chosen next time I log in - if so is there a reminder hint?

parag I can't log in using an Android phone, once I've entered the letters of my memorable word the continue button doesn't do anything - I've sent you an email regarding this. No problems using a Windows machine

paulgul The image you first select should be the one you see every time you login. This is to confirm that your connection has not been compromised and you are actually on our site. This is something similar to what Santander which we also decided to implement. We have resolved the issue with the button on mobile devices and that fix will go out with the next release. I will check when this will be and let you know. Hope this helps.

Hmm, there are so many images on various web site that I tend to ignore them so I wouldn't notice if it was a correct image or not - assuming I would actually remember which image I had selected say in 2 or 3 months time - even with memorable names and passwords I have to write them down to remember them Regarding the update, hope its soon, before todays loan goes live because I'll have (want) to use my phone to make the bid

EDIT: (cross posted with parag) And another plea for the urgent release of a fix for mobile devices.
I'm another that subconsciously is able to filter out images, and all the other cr*p that websites force on us. My dream is for a time that all websites have a text only mode with pure html markup and nothing else.

I wouldn't mind betting if FE quietly dropped the images in a couple of months time nobody would notice
